As a business, Navjoy expects to make a reasonable profit for the value it provides to its clients. However, we do not make decisions based on each quarter’s profit. We are committed to the long term vision and success of our firm.

Navjoy has over 15 clients. We provide employment to over 15 employees. Navjoy staff participates in Bike to Work day. Navjoy uses recycled paper for all its printing needs. Navjoy staff is involved in several professional organizations such as Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) and Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO). Each year, Navjoy participates in at least one community event where the firm and staff donate their time for a worthy cause. This year, through COMTO Colorado, Navjoy is involved in organizing roundtable sessions for minority firms in areas such as Marketing, Networking, Organization, etc. Also, Navjoy participated in the local "Engineers Without Borders" first annual sand sculpting event.
